You will work closely with a team of researchers and engineers to design, implement, and evaluate algorithms that will have a tangible positive impact on people's lives. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing startup at its earliest stages and contribute significantly to the direction of our technology.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement machine learning models for a variety of safety-related applications.Collaborate with researchers to translate cutting-edge research into production-ready code.Develop and maintain robust and scalable AI pipelines.Evaluate and optimize model performance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Work with large datasets, including data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering.Contribute to the development of our core AI platform.Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.Contribute to the overall technical vision and strategy of the company.Qualifications:Strong understanding of machine learning principles and techniques.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.Experience with MLOps tools and practices is a plus.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Passion for building impactful AI solutions.Experience in the safety domain is a plus, but not required.M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field preferred. Exceptional candidates with a B.S. and relevant experience will also be considered.
