Position Title: Women's Football Development SupervisorDepartment: Development Division: FootballReports to: Chief Football Development Officer Position based in: Concacaf Headquarters Miami, FL or Regional offices (Jamaica or Guatemala) COMPANY INFORMATION:We are The Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Association Football, one of six continental confederations of FIFA (Fédération Internationale de Football Association). Concacaf serves as the governing body of football in this part of the world. It is composed of 41 national associations united by the passion for football, from Canada in the north to Guyana, Suriname and French Guiana in the south. Concacaf is committed to develop, promote and manage football throughout the region. POSITION PURPOSE: The Women's Football Development Supervisor will lead the implementation of the Concacaf Women's Football Development Strategy, providing support in areas such as Coach Education, Match Analysis, Grassroots, Club Licensing and League Development. This position will work closely with the Chief Football Development Officer and Head of Professional Football Development in various initiatives to promote and educate key stakeholders across the Concacaf region and beyond. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Analyze the current state of the women's football landscape across the Member Associations (MA) and other organizationsWork with the Development Department in researching current MA professional and recreational women's leagues and level of play, women working in coaching, refereeing, administration, etc.Lead and deliver W coach education programs Responsible for implementing and advocating the Concacaf Women's Football Strategy in a manner that supports and guides the organization's mission of developing, promoting and managing women's football throughout the region Support on the development of post-match reports Work collaboratively across the technical development team to continue to elevate the W Coaching Pathway and W Grassroots programs Ensure continued development and improvement of the sport to increase access and participate in the region by working closely with external entities such as leagues, Federations and FIFASupport Professional Football Development team with club licensing and league development initiatives across women's senior leagues in the regionConceptualize innovative ways to promote the women's game and brandAssist in the planning and execution of special events relating to the departmentSupport the Commercial, Digital, Competitions and Communications teams in women's football projects and content creation.Draft all Women's Football Development department communications such as agendas, letters, invitations and circularsCreate and manage master calendar of all Women's Football Development internal and external eventsAssist in the coordination of Concacaf Women's Football Development department hosted events and meetings including but not limiting to logistics, accommodations, and transportationPrepare reports on all Women's Football Development department initiatives SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY: The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities Bachelor's in Sports Management or equivalent preferred 5 years of experience delivering football curriculums, football administration and international organizationProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) required.Flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent oral and written communication skills (English and French or Spanish)Comfortable with public speakingKnowledge of football and interest in women's footballAbility to solve issues in a multicultural environmentAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously while working as both part of a team as well as independentlyCandidate must have the flexibility to travel nationally and internationally for the performance of hisher duties. Approximate travel requirement: 20% Due to the cyclical nature of the sports and entertainment industry, the employee may be required to work varying schedules including game nights to reflect the business needs of the company.
