Project Engineer

Akkodis is seeking a Project Engineer Position with a client located in Utica, NY. Must hold a High School Diploma to be considered for this position. Will be responsible for RFI tracking, contract document review, maintain submittal process, forecast, and cost scheduling, preparation and review of Prime Contract changes and review of payment applications. Will also maintain excellent working relations with owners, their representatives, architects, and engineers.PaySalary Range $35hr-39hr.Project Engineer responsibilities include:Administer the efforts of Project Team's in strict accordance with the contract documents, OwnerContractor contract & construction schedule.Maintain all project document generation, tracking and records using "Procore" Construction Management software.Maintain a change log which will track all cost changes to the project.Study and become completely familiar with the contract documents, project drawings, specifications, schedules including all Mechanical, Electrical, and special technical specification sections i.e... Food Service, Technology, etc.Receive all Architectural Design Request for Pricing "RFI's" documents including drawings and sketches and create file folders for each issue.
