Hire Type: Direct HireBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k Contribution Pay: $80,000-94,000Job Summary:This position requires a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong understanding of industrial control systems and a proven ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve production equipment. The Senior Controls Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the manufacturing facility.Job Duties:Maintenance & Troubleshooting:Maintain and document all electrical and control systems.Troubleshoot and repair electrical and controls-related failures.Coordinate and train Electro-Mechanics on all shifts.Perform preventive, scheduled, and corrective maintenance.Oversee equipment breakdowns and ensure timely repairs.System Maintenance:Maintain plant secondary systems (steam, water, air, power, etc.).Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.Project Involvement:Participate in control system projects, including design, installation, and commissioning.Control Systems: Strong understanding of control system principles, including PLC programming, HMI design, and network configurations.Software Proficiency: Expertise in PLC programming software (Rockwell, Siemens, Mitsubishi), HMI software, and preventative maintenance software.ElectricalMechanical Knowledge: Familiarity with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving equipment issues.Qualifications:Education: ASAAS in ElectricalElectronic Engineering preferred, or equivalent experience.Experience: Practical experience in a related field, with a strong background in machine and electrical control systems.Licenses: May require various licenses depending on munication & Coordination: Ability to effectively communicate with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
