HR LIAISONPiper Companies - Raleigh, NCPosition Type: Full TimeExemptJob DescriptionPiper Companies is seeking an HR LIAISON who is diligent, solution-oriented, resourceful and works well in a fast-paced, results-driven IT staffing environment. The HR LIAISON will work closely with branch operations to ensure the highest level of consultant experience, as well generate, and develop reports around consultant retention, replacement, and attrition.Position Summary:The HR LIAISON will be responsible for ensuring both internal and external customers receive full support prior and during their employment with ZP Group. HR LIAISON is also the primary liaison with the corporate office regarding all HR, account and finance related issues. The HR LIAISON will assist in the coordination and implementation of services as well as weekly time keepinggathering to ensure consultants are paid on time. The HR LIAISON will report to the Managing Director of Branch Operations.Duties and Responsibilities: Full on boarding and off boarding cycleProcessing background and drug testsI-9 verificationsResolution of all spread related issues by working with finance and accountingWorks with HR to ensure the compliance with Federal, State and Local employment and benefits laws and regulationsManages timecards, VMS, and missing timecard reportResolution of all payroll and invoice issues (e.g. payroll adjustments, invoice issues, etc.) by working with finance, accounting and payrollAudit of New Starts ReportsClient auditsQualifications: Bachelor's degree and two to five years of experience in a corporate settingProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently, self-starter, attention to detail, high sense of urgencyPrevious work experience in Temporary Staffing organizations or high volume on-boardingoff-boarding a plus
