The traits we are looking for are: A motivated and self-starterCollaborative and Team playerStrong delivery of Customer ServiceAbility to navigate complex concernsWhen applicable, flexible to deliver a non-favorable resolution.Excellent communication skills.Detailed fortable speaking with different C-Suite LevelsComfortable with technology (basic MS suite)Thinks outside the normal process to mitigate a client from having a negative experience.What You'll Do:Collaborate with service team to resolve client concernsConsult with clients regarding service, pricing, and technology concerns, and partner to provide solutionsManage client termination process and ensure clients have a smooth transition.Support terminated clients with reporting requestsManage referenceable client process and support sales with referencesAssist internal stakeholders with reporting requestsAct as a point of contact for brokers during renewalAssist in client corporate level changes that require changesupdates to an existing contract andor requires a new contract with EHR.Manage and deliver various reports to internal stakeholdersFacilitate various proactive client engagement opportunities to ensure EHRs clients are having a successful experience.Partner with leadership on feedback received from clients.What You Bring:Team Lead Manager or Director of Customer ServiceRelationship or Account Manager (1st - 2nd year level)ASOPEO experience preferred but not required.Dynamic personality and high business acumen that will immediately resonate with our clientsThe ability to have clear, candid, and professional business conversations with business leadersBachelor's Degree or appropriate experienceWhat We Offer:At ExtensisHR, we recognize there are many factors that influence your overall satisfaction both at work, and in your personal life.
