Job Description:* Manage customer service work orders and projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely execution, material procurement, and invoicing.* Troubleshoot and resolve control-related tickets while verifying compliance with design and specifications.* Navigate Smart Building industry trends* Coordinate with technicians, holding all stakeholders accountable to scope, budget, and timelines.* Maintain strong customer relationships through quality evaluation.* Manage reporting, data tracking, and system updatesRequirements:* Bachelor's Degree is preferred* 2+ years of HVAC technical or customer service experience* Must have experience communicating with vendors and customers* Experience with Niagara software, NexRev, Novar, HVAC controls, and building management system (BMS) operationAdditional Info:* Pay range: $80,000 to 86,000* Schedule: M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm* Location: In office All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
