ReceptionistLocation: Century City, Los Angeles, CACompensation: Up to $28 per hourSchedule: Full-time, Onsite, Contract to HireLHH is working with a reputable law firm in seeking a personable and organized Law Firm Receptionist to join their team in Century City. This position is central to ensuring smooth daily operations and a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will hold a B.A. or B.S. degree and have experience in both reception and law office settings. Work in a litigation firm is highly preferred.Responsibilities:Reception & Client Services: Answer incoming calls from the main line, greet clients, and manage conference room scheduling to ensure smooth client interactions.Document & Office Management: Process incoming documents, maintain copy logs, and manage office supplies.Mail & Administrative Support: Handle mail distribution, assist attorneys with scheduling for remote court appearances, update calendar entries, and provide administrative support across the firm.File Clerk Support: Perform backup file clerk duties such as scanning, filing, and other tasks as needed.Qualifications:1-2 years of reception experience.1-2 years of law office experience.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and provide support in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office technology.
