We are committed to patient care, safety, and operational excellence.Position OverviewACRMC is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee and optimize financial operations within the hospital. This leadership role is responsible for managing all aspects of the revenue cycle, including credit management, payment processing, compliance, and collections. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare finance, revenue cycle management, and team leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial & Revenue Cycle ManagementOversee credit card payment software and ensure PCI compliance.Process online credit card payments and manage daily POI charges.Prepare and deposit cashiering drawers and oversee returned statement responses.Manage recurring patient reports and offsite productivity reports.Establish and monitor credit limits and payment terms.Audit and manage delinquent accounts and collections.Coordinate with external agencies for legal action and bad debt pile and analyze quarterly credit balance reports for Medicare pliance & System AdministrationEnsure accuracy in physician data entry and HMS system updates.Maintain and update the Ohio Medicaid PNM site.Set up new service codes and physician information in Healthbridge.Establish and manage staff cashiering access.Create and maintain Outreach Scheduling templates.Leadership & Team DevelopmentSupervise and mentor departmental staff.Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations.Foster a team-oriented environment that enhances staff engagement.Provide coaching and professional development opportunities.Ensure compliance with licensure, certification, and education requirements.Promote efficiency and cost-saving initiatives within the department.For more information, please visit
