Summary: This role within the Calbee organization will support the development and execution of brand strategies to drive growth and success of the Harvest Snaps brand, Calbee's flagship brand in North America. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, R&D, and operations, to implement brand initiatives, manage product launches, and monitor brand performance. The position demands a blend of creative and analytical thinking, with strong communication and project management skills. Education and Work Experience: A bachelor's degree (B.A.) from 4-year college or university required, preferably in marketing, business administration, communications, or similar field. [3+] years of experience in Marketing, preferably in an FMCGCPG companyScope of Responsibilities:Assist Brand Manager in development and execution of new product development, marketing strategies, and campaign across multiple channels and platforms. Lead size & flavor extension launches from ideation to commercialization and advertising, including developing timelines, managing progress of all functional areas against timelines, and providing direction for developing products, and packaging.Help analyze consumer trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.Coordinate with creative agencies to produce marketing materials and advertising campaigns. Develop sales support materials and consumer promotionproduct launch materials.Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the Brand Manager or senior leadership to support overall brand goals and objectives.Specific Knowledge and Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical, mathematical, and strategic thinking skillsHighly organized; detail-orientedAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong project management skillsStrong presentation skillsCritical eye for design, high standards for content qualityExcellent communication skills, engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
