Trading Analyst:Role OverviewAs an integral member of the Operations team, you will contribute to the smooth execution of key business functions, including trade processing, portfolio manager launches, and market expansions. Your core responsibilities will include:Trade Reconciliation: Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of trades, working with external brokers, prime brokers, and internal teamsPost-Trade Processing: Oversee and execute post-trade operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirementsOnboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new portfolio managers, products, and markets, collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholdersProject Management: Lead and participate in projects to enhance and automate back-office workflows using tools like Python, Alteryx, or equivalent technologiesTeam Collaboration: Collaborate with front-office and back-office teams to streamline processes and drive operational efficiencyPosition RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Finance, Economics, Computer Science, etc.)Experience: 1-3 years of relevant work experience, ideally within financial services or a related industryTechnical Proficiency:Strong expertise in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), with advanced skills in Excel functions and shortcutsFamiliarity with programming or data analysis tools like Python, Alteryx, VBA, or similar platformsOrganizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines efficientlyCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teamsAdaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the capacity to make well-informed decisions in real-time based on market developmentsWork EnvironmentHybrid work model: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote each week
