Health and Human Resources Associate

Position SummaryUnder the general supervision of the Program Manager, performs advanced level administrative oversight and coordination of the Behavioral Health Program (BHP) of the Office of Health Facility Licensure and Certification. Facilitates problem resolution and ensures compliance with the federal and state regulations that govern the BHP. Has primary responsibility for the first level triage of complaints, which involve highly complex individual situations and sensitive legal issues that potentially have significant impact on the BHP maintaining the maximum time frames for federal on-site investigations.Minimum QualificationsTraining: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university.Substitution for Training: Full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience in paraprofessional or responsible clerical work at a level consistent with the work performed by an Office Assistant III and which required application of state and federal laws andor guidelines, may be substituted for the required training on a year-for-year basis.
