Manufacturing RecruiterPay Rate 40-50 per hour100% RemoteContract to start - 6 monthsSUMMARY Responsible for the recruiting process for exempt level positions across multiple corporate functions andor manufacturing locations as assigned. The recruiter should have strong experience sourcing and recruiting for a manufacturing organization with a specialization in Human Resources, Finance and Marketing.ESSENTIAL DUTIESDirect and manage full-cycle recruiting efforts including talent sourcing, candidate evaluation & screening, interview process, and offer negotiations.Leader of a consultative recruiting planning session with key stakeholders to establish expectations, timelines for the recruiting process and create the desired candidate proleDevelop sourcing strategy and establish desired communication protocol with the hiring manager and HR team Experience managing professional level requisitions (20+ open requisitions) in multiple locations Passive recruitment - source, evaluate and qualify top talent utilizing Applicant Tracking SystemCRM, Internet Databases, and LinkedIn Recruiter Identify and leverage alternative sourcing methodsDevelop and utilize tools to manage candidates in the pipeline and effectively track candidates collected through various sources to measure the effectiveness of sources.Qualify candidates based on job requirements, and apply behavioral-based interviewing techniques to assess knowledge and cultural t Work with hiring managers to identify the interview team as well as the behavioral-based competencies and interview questions that will be used for the interview processConduct interviews and facilitate the debrief session to make the nal candidate selection Upon selection, recommend and extend offers to candidates, work with the hiring manager, HR Business Partner, and Compensation Partners to review compensation data for offers. Coordinate all pre-employment checks and on-boarding processesConduct compliant applicant tracking for lled positions Serve as an integral part of the team and as brand championStrong achievement drive, resilience, exibility, and commitment to achieving goals Professional, organized, strong communications and presentations skills, ability to work within a fast-paced environment and develop relationships across the organizationConsistently meet the performance metrics as dened by the Director of Talent Acquisition Provide reporting and regular status updates to the Director of Talent Acquisition, and hiring manager as required. Lead the gathering and analysis of marketplace data related to the labor market, competitors hiring trends, new sourcing avenues, etc.Administer hiring processes to ensure adherence with all equal employment opportunity (EEO) legislation, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), veteran's hiring guidelines, and other government compliance requirements (OFCCP)Minimum EducationExperience:High School Diploma -OR- GED EquivalentMinimum 5 years experience in Corporate Recruiting or Agency Recruiting with deep knowledge of human resources, marketing and nance functions in a manufacturing organizationExpert in LinkedIn Recruiter Exceptional organizational and communication skills AdditionalPreferred EducationExperience:Bachelor's Degree Fluent in Google-SuiteAdvanced prociency in Workday to successfully manage, prioritize and close recruiting searches within a timeline, using benchmarks and metrics.
