Facility ManagerOverview:Cadence Petroleum Group is a fast growing automotive, commercial, and industrial lubricant, DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) and fuel distributor in the United States. Cadence is currently recruiting for a Facility Manager for our Mobile, Alabama facility.The Facility Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role is responsible for delivering and executing daily and short-term plans to achieve operational and business objectives.The continued growth of Cadence Petroleum demands the addition of this position. Cadence is committed to their employees as well as to providing the highest level of service for customers.Responsibilities:Manage warehouse associates and support delivery driversPlan, monitor and execute schedules and adjust as needed to ensure proper staffing that support operational demands and business objectives.Manage inbound and outbound loading and unloading of trucks while maintaining warehouse organization and inventory accuracy.Maintain productivity, customer service and safety standards on a daily basisProvide superior customer service and maintain professional and courteous relations with customers and suppliersCommunicate with employees in areas such as: objectives, policies, procedures, safety methods, etc.Works with dispatchers to coordinates the most efficient deliveries.Applies knowledge of customer schedules, delivery times, traffic volume and alternate routes to increase route efficiencies.Has the ability to safely load and unload products according to size of load and content descriptionProvides good customer service and maintains a professional manner and appearance to enhance the company's imagePerforms other related duties as assignedPhysical Demands:This job regularly requires employees to work while using hands; gripping fingers and hands. The employee is frequently required to sit; walk or stand; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; and bend at waist. The employee is occasionally required to climb unassisted while carrying up to 40 pounds; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
