We work through energy efficiency rebate programs via the utilities and have already completed 4000+ projects over the past decade.Position Overview:As our team has grown, the challenges related to our scale-up have grown, too. We are seeking Strategic Program Manager to help our teams proactively address a diverse array of cross-functional business challenges, using data-driven insights to guide decision-making. This is a highly dynamic role for a self-starter who is adaptable, resourceful, and committed to driving the growth and success of Oberon. The Strategic Program Manager will support critical activities, including cross functional management, operational improvement, process optimization, and sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience, with a focus on leveraging data to inform strategy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment. This position is fully onsite at our Stoughton, MA office.The ideal candidate will possess the following three key attributes:Self-motivation and Initiative, ie, Self Starter: A demonstrated ability to take initiative and independently manage tasks and projectsVersatility and Adaptability, ie, Jack of all trades: A willingness to engage with a broad range of projects across various functions, showcasing the ability to apply a diverse skill set to meet team needs and contribute to organizational successExceptional Attention to Detail: A strong commitment to ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all work, maintaining high standards of quality across tasks and deliverables.Key Responsibilities: Serve as a strategic partner to the Oberon Leadership team, providing operational support and contributing to the development and execution of key business strategies.Manage cross-functional projects with the help of data insights, ensuring efficient coordination, timely delivery, and alignment with organizational objectives.Use data analytics to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and scalability.Maintain accurate and insightful project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and post-project evaluations, all backed by clear data analytics.Gather, analyze, and present key business data that will drive strategic decisions across the organization.Display a proactive approach, using data to inform strategies and adapting to new responsibilities and tasks as needed.Demonstrate a strong commitment to the company's growth and successRequirements: 3-5 years of experience in strategy, operations, project management, or business development, with a background in data analytics or business intelligence.Proven project management skills and a demonstrated ability to use data analytics tools (especially excel) to drive initiatives from conception to completion.Experience in process optimization and using data to identify efficiencies and bottlenecks in a growing organization.Strong experience in business or data analytics to drive key decision-making processes and provide actionable insights.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Passion for energy efficiency and sustainability.A proactive mindset and a dedication towards the company's growth and success
