Systems Engineer

Millennium Corporation is hiring a Systems Engineer, with an electrical engineering focus to join our Stafford, VA based team in a hybrid capacity. ALL candidates MUST have an active secret clearance to qualify for consideration. The selected candidate will: Provide Electrical Engineering support in conducting, planning, and reporting technical analyses of engineering changes for PM AAA and review and develop engineering changes.Review, analyze, develop, and comment on electrical engineering documentation (e.g., Specifications, Interface Control Documents, Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), Test PlansReports, Engineering Analyses).Review, assess, and develop updates to electrical engineering processes (e.g., Configuration Management, ECPs, and technical reviews) and ensure they align with PM AAA processes.Assist Senior Leadership by analyzing key documents provided by the vehicle contractor, making critical recommendations, and preparing white papers summarizing findings.Provide guidance and direction on matters related to project scope, requirements, and funding.Design and deliver technical expertise in Electrical Engineering, including detailed electrical engineering analysis, calculations, and designs.Qualifications:ALL candidates MUST have an active secret clearance to qualify for consideration.Experience in providing electrical engineering support to a defense acquisition program.A minimum of four (4) years of experience reviewing and developing engineering design changes, conducting technical analyses, and reporting findings.Proficiency in developing and commenting on various engineering documents (Specifications, ICDs, ECPs, Test PlansReports, Engineering Analyses, etc.).Familiarity with the latest Engineering Standards for systems engineering, engineering technical data packages and engineering drawing standards.Preferred:Electricalvehicle electronics background
