Commercial Lines Account Manager

The Doorley Agency is a local, family owned Insurance Agency located in East Greenwich, RI. We service our customers Monday - Friday, 9-4:30 with all of their personal and commercial insurance needs. We strive to provide excellent customer service and provide our customers with the best rates for the best coverage. We are looking to add a knowledgeable and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to our fun, positive and supportive work environment. The right candidate for this position is a licensed Property & Casualty agent with a minimum of 5 years Commercial Lines experience. This person will act as a Commercial Lines Account Manager with a focus on the customer service side of the insurance sales cycle. They manage and nurture customer relationships, and lead all client communications. Their responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, renewals, quoting, explaining coverage and premiums, informing clients on any policy or billing changes, and facilitating the claims process between clients and the adjuster. Servicing agents work closely with the rest of the team to enable ongoing and future sales and renewals. Candidate will have an upbeat & positive personality, people skills, great attention to detail, great organizational skills, and be willing to work closely as a member of the team.
