This full-time, permanent role offers an opportunity to improve maintenance processes and equipment reliability within a high-performing production facility.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sustainable, reliable maintenance processes.Plan and schedule preventive and predictive maintenance programs.Oversee lubrication routes, vibration analysis, and other reliability techniques.Conduct root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and lead corrective action efforts.Lead asset strategy development and integrate reliability best practices.Identify process and equipment improvements to enhance efficiency and safety.Manage and report on maintenance KPIs and support mill-wide projects.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (preferably).Relevant experience in reliability, maintenance, or process improvement.Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.Proficient in computer applications related to maintenance and reliability.Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Additional Requirements:Candidates must successfully complete interviews, background checks, pre-employment drugalcohol screening, and other assessments as required.This is an excellent opportunity to join an industry leader and contribute to the reliability and efficiency of a high-performing production facility.Apply today!
