As we expand our global presence, we seek a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team.Responsibilities:As an SDR, you will drive business growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients. Your responsibilities will include:Lead Qualification: Proactively engage with inbound leads, assess their needs, and qualify them based on predefined criteria.CRM Management: Utilize your proficiency in HubSpot CRM to effectively manage and track leads, ensuring accurate and timely updates to facilitate seamless communication with the sales team.Outbound Prospecting: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting efforts, contributing to the overall sales pipeline.Client Communication: Initiate and maintain communication with clients, providing information about our insurance products and services and assisting them through the initial stages of the sales process.Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and ensure a smooth transition of information, contributing to the overall success of the sales cycle.Qualifications:To excel in this role, you should have:Licensed: You must hold a current Massachusetts health and life insurance license. If you are not licensed when hired, you must obtain your license within the first 30 days of employment.
