You will be responsible for developing and performing various tests on candidate reference materials, including techniques such as Gas Chromatography (GC-FID & GC-MS), HPLC, FT-IR, pH-testing, UV absorption testing and alike. An excellent Quality Control Supervisor is highly experienced in various instrumental and wet chemical testing methods and passionate about top quality products. The goal is to assure the high quality of our operations and services aiming to the long-term success of our business.Your main skillsPlan and perform quality control inspections on candidate reference materialsDefine standard methods and their acceptance criteria for analysis of CRMPerform HPLC, GC, UV, FT-IR and similar instrumental QC testsPerform titrations, pH-tests and other wet-chemistry testsDocument results in lab notebooks and ERP systemsPerform Proficiency Tests to demonstrate the lab competenceWriting standards operating procedures and method documentations.Handle all non-conformities and corrective actionsCommunicate with external quality assurance officers and assessors during on-site inspectionsWhat we are looking forProven experience as a quality control analyst or similar relevant roleThorough knowledge (min 3 years) of methodologies of quality testing techniques and methodsExperience handling Reference Materials according to ISO 17025 andor ISO 17034.Good knowledge of MS OfficeGood communication skillsGreat attention to detail and a results driven approachReliable and TrustworthyBScBA in Chemistry or another relevant field
