We specialize in consulting and executing changes in general business practices, strategic innovation efforts, technology implementations, and data analysis initiatives.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Technology Program Manager at WCG. The Technology Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing technology projects, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery. The role involves day-to-day program management tasks and coordination of technology initiatives, particularly within the Food and Beverage industry.Key Responsibilities • Oversee and manage end-to-end application modernization projects. • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring clear timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. • Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to align project objectives with overall business strategy. • Facilitate effective communication and coordination among all stakeholders. • Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, risks, and issues. • Present clear and concise project status reports to senior leadership, including the SVP Applications Delivery. • Implement and refine agile methodologies and best practices to improve project delivery and efficiency. • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within project execution. • Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans. • Monitor project progress and address any issues promptly to ensure on-time delivery.Qualifications • Education: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Experience: • Previous Big-4 Consulting experience required. • Demonstrable expertise in leading large-scale application modernization projects from start to finish. • Extensive experience managing complex, cross-functional technology initiatives. • Proven track record in utilizing agile methodologies to drive project success. • Prior experience in the food and beverage sector, particularly with technology projects or modernization initiatives within the industry, is highly desirable. • Skills: • Exceptional leadership and project management skills. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Additional Requirements: • Must be able to work in a hybrid setting with a requirement of 3-4 days per week on-site in the Irvine area. • Experience in a technology-driven, dynamic work environment is preferred.
