As a Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing on-site service and repair for equipment at various client locations across North America. Your responsibilities will include the installation, repair, and maintenance of machinery and equipment within industrial settings, spanning factories, construction sites, and other industrial facilities. Join us in making a tangible difference through your expertise and commitment to excellence.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:Installing equipmentTroubleshooting equipment problemsMaintenance and repair of equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performanceCustomer service and client interface familiarity with using software for CRM and CMMS to complete daily work orders.Strong attention to detail, communicating observations.Solution orientedInstalling, moving, and repairing machinery and equipment using technical plans and specialized toolsCalibrating and adjusting the Distillation ProcessesKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:Qualifications include a High School Diploma, GED, Associates Degree, Apprenticeship, or equivalent certificationsDemonstrated expertise in high and low voltage electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic, or related specialties, with proven ability to install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot equipmentAbility to read pneumatics, schematics, and blueprintsStrong Electrical and Mechanical aptitude is requiredAbility to use hand tools is requiredMachine Controls andor PLC experience or willingness to learn is requiredField service experience is beneficialStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to manage your time and work independently andor as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and ability to follow technical plans and instructionsMust have a valid driver's license, a passport, or the ability to obtain a passport for travel in North AmericaMust pass a respirator fit test and pre-employment physical at an occupational health facilityExtensive travel is a core component of this position, requiring you to be away from home approximately 75% of the month. Travel will primarily span North America, but international travel may also be necessaryAbility to work at heights and in confined spacesPhysical stamina to lift and move heavy equipment and machineryPass a background checkRandom drug testing may be requiredThe standard work week consists of 5 days. However, there may be occasional requirements to work on weekends.
