Senior Engineering Project Manager

Our client is currently seeking a Project Engineering Manager for their location near Stafford, VA. This job will have the following responsibilities:Analyze purchase orders for contract review, pricing, and project details.Create and reconcile project workbooks in put shop and outside purchase orders in SAP.Track and expedite internal orders, attend production meetings, and coordinate with export shipping.Maintain project schedules and oversee project drawings.Manage departmental workflow and communicate with UNA-DYN personnel and external contacts.Source pricing and technical information from suppliers.Facilitate production of drawings and provide engineering input on layouts, assemblies, or municate with customers to provide necessary project information.Manage installation schedules and select contractors.Provide system layout, materials, and equipment for installations.Ensure site conditions meet project specifications.Report on third-party billings and document pricing.Represent the team at production meetings and manage staff recruitment and training.Travel as needed to ensure successful job completion.Submit accurate project expense reports for invoicing.Qualifications & Requirements:5+ years of project management experience.3+ years of department management dustrialFabricationConstruction andor heavy manufacturing experience preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and ERP systems.Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
