Talimer's client, one of the largest landscape management, snow & ice control, interior plantscaping and holiday decorating companies in WI, is looking for a strong and motivated Account Manager interested in developing long term client relationships. The right candidate will be responsible for maintainingbuilding relations, while performing other account management duties. You'll be part of a team with some of the best people in the industry servicing some of the most high profile sites around. Also, when time allows, assist in the obtaining of new business and clients for the organization. Sales and Customer Service skills are a must. An understanding of the landscape industry is desirable, but not requiredMain responsibility:Oversight of client and client site - quality and communicationWork with production staff to ensure client needs are met - quality and timelinessRegular meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction with productSell enhancements to client - improvements to sites, additional services (sweeping, holiday, interiors-working with appropriate managers)Renewal of maintenance contractNew business development as time allowsExperience required:Must be eligible to work in the United StatesMust have a valid driver's license with good recordBasic computer skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and oralProfessional appearance and interpersonal skills for meeting and developing relationships a mustNo C2C.
