From start to finish, you will manage all facets of project execution, ensuring timely delivery, scope adherence, and budget control. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and coordinate multiple projects at a time, collaborating closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.  Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage workplace and retail projects for global and national brands and clients. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate and communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Provide regular project updates and reports to clients and senior management. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.  About You: Proactive in managing projects and building client relationships. Strong leadership and team management skills. Collaborative approach, working with various departments to achieve goals. Committed to delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic, detail-oriented, with strong decision-making abilities. Skilled in project management software and tools. Motivated self-starter, able to work independently and follow processes. Maintains confidentiality when necessary. Have a calm, pleasant, confident, and helpful manner. Be an adaptable team player with a positive attitude. Highly organized with effective time management skills. Resilient with a "can-do" mindset.   Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Architecture, or a related field within built environment. Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on workplace, hotel andor retail projects. Proven experience in leading and managing complex projects. Proficiency in project management software and tools. PMP or similar certification is a plus. Ability to travel is preferred  Why Athena Blue Global:   At Athena Blue Global, we are dedicated to fostering an inclusive, innovative, and dynamic work environment.
