Randstad Professionals Sales &. Marketing Division, specialized in the search and selection of Middle and Senior Management, for a leading international company operating in the Steel Product Manufacturing sector, is looking for a:Key Account Manager USA - OEMResponsibilities:Reporting to the International Head of Sales, the profile will be responsible for the development strategy and management of both new and existing clients. Specifically, he will:Analyze the local market, competitors, and industry trends in metal components for the transportation sector (Automotive, Railway, Motorbike, Military).Understand OEM client needs and propose tailored solutions to drive sales growth and revenue.Provide insights on market pricing and suggest customized technical solutions for both active and new clients.Develop a commercial strategy in collaboration with the Italian headquarters to expand market share in the USA, grow the active customer portfolio, and enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.Manage the technical and commercial negotiations, working closely with production, technical, and financial departments to present technical and financial offers, define project timelines, and oversee post-sales operations.Coordinate after-sales activities, monitor ongoing projects, and address customer-specific issues.Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in industry trade fairs and drive product innovation from a technical perspective.Requirements & Skills:Strong knowledge of engineering principles and proven experience in technical sales.Established relationships and expertise in the Automotive, Railway, Motorbike, and Military sectors.Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.Results-driven approach, with a strong customer focus, autonomy, and innovation mindset.Willingness to travel up to 70%, including international trips.Location: Southeastern GeorgiaAvailability for business trips to Italy.
