Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team, foster strong client relationships, and oversee order processing and logistics coordination. This role demands a proactive leader with a keen eye for accuracy and efficiency, ensuring smooth operations, exceptional customer satisfaction, and seamless cross-departmental communication. Meticulous attention to detail is essential for maintaining accuracy in order management and upholding our high service standards.Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and support the customer service team to uphold exceptional service standards.Foster strong relationships with existing customers through proactive and effective communication.Oversee order processing, tracking, and coordination with scheduling and production teams to ensure seamless operations.Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.Professionally manage and resolve escalated customer inquiries and concerns.Develop and implement customer service policies and best practices to enhance team efficiency and customer satisfaction.Accurately process orders, manage inventory and monitor production with meticulous attention to detail.Serve as the key liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred, or a minimum of five years of customer service experience, with at least two years in a leadership role.Strong leadership skills with experience in team supervision and development.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.This role is ideal for a proactive, customer-focused professional who wants to make a significant impact by leading a dynamic customer service team.
