You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support key business decisions.Your Role: Reporting to the Head of Finance, you'll be an instrumental business partner, supporting our financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes. You will be relied upon to support our reporting and budgeting processes, while also analyzing financial data to help leadership make data-driven decisions which help solve complex business challenges. Your ability to collaborate and communicate effectively throughout all levels of the organization and exercise sound judgment in generating insights will drive meaningful impact early and often.Key Responsibilities:Partner with business leaders to develop strategic, long range financial plans and translate complex financial data into actionable insights.Develop and maintain financial models to analyze business trends and drive strategic initiatives.Own the financial planning cycle including the annual budget, forecast updates, and assisting in preparation of the monthly reporting package for executive leadership.Collaborate with accounting to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial reporting, conduct variance analysis, and deliver concise commentary to leadership for strategic decision-making.Enhance and automate financial processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of reporting through a mindset of continuous improvement.Manage daily financial inquiries, ad hoc reports, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to support key projects.Produce business cases for the organization that help foster data-driven decision making.We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.2-3+ years of experience in strategic finance, business operations, business valuation, consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a related -depth exposure to building and maintaining 3-statement financial and valuation models.Understanding of the principles of budgeting, forecasting, and managerial reporting.Strong data visualization skills (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).While not required, it's an added plus if you have:Progress toward a CFA or CPA.Experience at a high-growth SaaS business.Familiarity with financial ERP software (Microsoft Dynamics or similar).Other RequirementsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing advanced AI tools, frameworks, and technologies to solve complex problems, drive innovation, and optimize workflows.Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical, precise approach.Strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate mitment to personal growth and contributing to a positive workplace culture.High integrity, dependability, and a results-driven mindset.We're Offering:A chance to be part of a visionary company that is solving complex global challenges.A collaborative and dynamic work environment where innovation is at the heart of what we petitive compensation package, including incentives and bonuses based on performance.Opportunities for personal and professional growth.
