Position Overview:Compensation: $80-120K Base + Uncapped Commissions ($200K+ OTE)We seek a proactive Account Manager to spearhead our bookings and engage with customers and prospects worldwide. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical sales background, a consultative approach, and the ability to leverage our engineering expertise to create impactful proposals.Key Responsibilities:Consultative Selling: Implement consultative selling techniques to build strong relationships with prospects and customers. Familiarity with "The Smart Sales Method" is advantageous.Lead Qualification: Work closely with the CEO and engineering team to qualify new leads through discovery calls and in-depth assessments.Account Management: Focus on high-priority accounts with projected revenues exceeding $1M over five years.Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored quotes and compelling proposals that align with customer needs and budgets.Sales Channel Oversight: Manage our global network of sales consultants, representatives, and distributors to maximize reach and effectiveness.Order Management: Verify purchase orders, send confirmations, and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the order lifecycle.Sales Forecasting: Develop and present quarterly sales forecasts that align with company objectives and operational capabilities.Team Collaboration: Lead sales review meetings and support marketing initiatives, including prospecting campaigns and promotional efforts.Travel: Attend trade shows and visit customers, with travel expected to be less than 33% of your time.Qualifications:Education: Associate Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.Experience: At least 3 years in inside sales, sales administration, or a similar role, preferably in a technical context.Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of mechatronic systems and experience in B2B sales, specifically for OEM orders.CRM and ERP Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce and SyteLine is munication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with strong interpersonal anizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing circumstances.Physical Demands:Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and move around the facility.Willingness to travel up to 33% of the time, including trips lasting up to two weeks.
