About the RoleThe Crew Account Representative role offers you the opportunity to join a market leader, leverage the momentum of our strong growth, and play a key role in growing the Crew Sales business. Your mission will be to drive sales within the Work channel. This position will simultaneously develop new business growth opportunities while strategically managing the existing Crew Sales Channel expansion. This position requires a passionate and motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit who enjoys working with customers and tackling projects head-on! Reporting to the Senior Director of Crew Sales, you will identify key targets and work together to develop a strategy to execute. You'll Make a Difference ByProactively Drive New Account Growth: Comfortable with extensive cold calling and adept at engaging with new prospects throughout the workday.Strategic Targeting: Researching and pinpointing potential accounts and key stakeholders within target industries, proactively generating interest and engagement.Customer Retention Focus: Implementing strategies and initiatives aimed at retaining existing customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.Customer-Centric Approach: Fostering strong customer relationships by deeply understanding their needs, ensuring satisfaction, and offering tailored solutions.Sales Closure: Consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas through effective sales strategies and closure techniques.Territory Management: Managing open orders within the assigned territory to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and timely pelling Demonstrations: Conducting compelling online demos to showcase productservice features and benefits to potential clients.CRM Management: Expanding and maintaining an up-to-date CRM database of prospects within the assigned territory.Reporting and Communication: Providing regular progress reports to clients and upper management, keeping them informed and engaged.Other duties as assigned. About YouDemonstrated 2+ years of sales, showcasing a proactive and result-oriented sales approach.Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM experience, are preferred.A BABS degree or equivalent educational background is desirable.Enthusiastic about expanding the business through acquiring new accounts and driving sales. Must be a self-starter and self-motivated.Possess a charismatic personality with exceptional communication, presentation, and listening skills.Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced sales environment. The base salary for this position is $65,000 per year plus earned commission. The salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data for geographic locations.
