Loan Operations Associate

CompanyAurous Financial is a trade finance company providing working capital to businesses to help create sales. We are experiencing tremendous growth and are looking for a loan operations associate to help build and manage multiple operational aspects of the business. As the VP of Operations, I am looking for my right hand as I continue an upward trajectory to help lead this company into the future. The right candidate will take on CRMERP setup and management, reporting, managing BPO resources (currently 3 direct reports), Underwriting, and more. We're looking for someone with a high level of commitment that is looking for a long-term role with inevitable growth. I am seeking an individual looking for a home to help grow this business to its full potential. Industry experience is not a requirement! After this time, we can negotiate a hybrid schedule to allow flexibility to work from home.
