Will report directly to the Portfolio Manager that oversees the Retail Portfolios in the company and will be based in Irving, Texas. Will coordinate directly with managers to implement all technology related to real estate initiatives. You will work alongside some of the smartest minds in the industry who are excited to share their knowledge and to learn from you.Contract Duration: 11+ Months Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum of 3-5 years' experience as a technology project manager.Candidate must be a leader that can effectively manage meetings and multiple projects, drives results and handles risk and conflict resolution.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software specifically Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project.Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry.Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices.Outstanding leadership, organizational, and time management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong people skills.Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning.Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely mannerOrganized with attention to detail.Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Desired Skills & ExperienceWaterfall Methodology is required for most CRS projects but Agile Certification and Training.What You Will Be DoingThe candidate will be responsible for managing their assigned ProjectsPrograms to deliver infrastructure technology by working with multiple technology streams in a matrix environment.They will be responsible for liaising with stakeholders such as senior management and business leaders, technology support teams, construction managers, vendors, and end-users regarding project requirements.The project manager is responsible for outlining, defining, and initiating the project.Client interaction, effective stakeholder management, reporting and escalating risks and issues to the Global CRS Portfolio Manager are also part of this role.The role is governed by global project management standards following internal project management methodology and has standard tools and processes to follow, with support and oversight provided by the Project Office and helpdesk functions.Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.The objective of this role is to ensure that all assigned ProjectsPrograms are managed within budget, scope and timelines, and follow the company's standard processes.Candidate could also get opportunity to work on projects in other portfolios including: Cybersecurity, Data Center, End User Computing, Big Data systems, Cloud Environment but will be hired to support the CRS portfolio.Thank you!
