Position: Construction Superintendent (Commercial Construction)Client: Leading General Contractor Developer in WestchesterCompensation: $120,000 - $160,000Location: Westchester, NY (ONSITE)As a Construction Superintendent, you'll play a key role in managing the job site from start to finish. You'll work closely with a talented team, including subcontractors and project managers, to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the entire job site process, from planning through completion.Coordinate with subcontractors regularly to monitor project progress, schedules, changes, and deliveries.Proactively identify potential design or scheduling issues and collaborate with the team to address them early.Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and maintain OSHA standards across all job sites.Maintain accurate documentation, including change order logs, RFIs, and submittals.Foster clear communication between owners, construction managers, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to design and local codes.Preferred Experience:5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in Commercial Construction (Healthcare, Educational, Retail, Corporate, or Residential projects preferred).Strong knowledge of construction procedures, building codes, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and safety practices.Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Ability to travel to job sites across Westchester and New Jersey.What's on Offer:Competitive base salary and bonus prehensive benefits including health, medical, dental, and vision coverage.Opportunities for career growth and development with a company that values your experience and hard work.
