Job Description: I&C EngineerLocation: Lake Charles Refinery (Onsite)Assignment Duration: 1 YearResponsibilitiesManage projects using the FEL process, ensuring compliance with standards. Develop estimates, capital plans, and secure funding.Coordinate engineering activities across disciplines to deliver cost-effective designs within scope, budget, and schedule.Design and support instrumentation and control systems, including Safety Instrumented Systems, audits, and issue resolution.Write specifications, perform Factory Acceptance Tests, and provide construction and turnaround support.Requirements5-10 years of experience.Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering, or related field.2+ years of experience in instrumentation and controls or equivalent education and experience.Proficient in all phases of Safety Instrumented Systems lifecycle.Additional NotesOnsite position.Not eligible for C2C
