Head of Business Transformation

StevenDouglas is partnering with a manufacturing client in their search for a Head of Business Transformation. This is a consulting engagement with potential to convert to direct hire with the organization. This role will be working on-site 100% in Grapevine.Responsibilities: Report to the CEO and CFO and will work closely with the leadership team to position the company for profitable growth, cash generation and value creationContribute to the strategic discussions and will lead the project management, business excellence, planning, modeling and reporting activities for the organizationFocused on initiating and executing projects for 3 categories: Revenue Improvement (volume and pricing), Cost Reduction (contract labor, evaluating vendor costs), Cash Generation (receivables, reducing concessions and discounts)Ensure effective business and financial analysis are in placePosition the company to best achieve its 2025 budgetRequirements:Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field7-10+ years of progressive experienceStrong project management and businessfinancial transformation experienceFP&A and Operational finance experience - driving value creation, working closely with operationsPE experience is a plusAdvanced proficiency in MS Excel, experience developing project tracking models
