Junior Accountant

Position: Junior AccountantLocation: Houston, TXNeed Only USC & GC & H4EAD & L2 EAD3-5 years Exp candidates NeededJob Accountabilities § Maintain Daily Cash flow.§ Make bank entries on online portal and record in SAP§ Approve create Letter of credits.§ Provide Financial clearance for product movement.§ Daily record debits and credit in SAP after reconciling with bank report.§ Hedging Recon and Hedge Doc daily.§ Daily Bank reconciliation in SAP.§ Daily Calculate Margin and enter margin payment in Citi, if required.§ Verification of payment on daily basis.Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)Bachelor's degree - Accounting preferred.Supply & Trading Energy Industry background a plus.3-5 years of experience preferred.Hands on experience of SAP ERP system.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power-point.Person, willing to take up more responsibility and self-starter would be preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to perform duties with a high level of accuracy.Ability to multi-task.Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications)Self-motivatedQuick learner, able to take on new and changing tasksGood communication skills, written and oralExperience working in a team pensation & BenefitsBONUS AWARDS (DISCRETIONARY): 10%.401(k) Plan - Matched 100% up to 6%100% Company subsidized PPO, Dental, and Vision (for Employee AND Dependents)Health & Fitness reimbursement§ 15 days of Company-paid vacation, in addition to customary US Holidays, plus 10 days sick leave in accordance with Company personnel policies§ Free covered parking
