We hire people who love challenges and are talented, passionate, and dedicated to achieving our mission to digitalize, analyze, automate, and predict to empower our customers.Key Responsibilities· Led the company's efforts to establish wind turbine inspection operations in the American region.· Obtain all required licenses and certifications needed to operate drones in the US and Canada.· Adapt policies for conducting inspections from other geographies where Clobotics currently operates and ensure they are appropriate for use in America.· Conduct wind turbine generator (WTG) inspections at customer sites as required.· Acquire drones and payloads, assemble and configure machines and maintain them over time.· Develop a network of reliable, detail-oriented drone pilots who can deliver Clobotics inspections on-site and are strong ambassadors for the company.· Provide feedback to the product team to continue improving the customer's experience of our service.· Perform the task in a safe manner and act as a safety ambassador for the company.· Hire and manage additional staff as the business grows.· Understand the project and its requirements and determine key cost components and customer contract agreements.· Work with the finance department to generate the invoicing on time.· Gather first-hand information from projectsoperations and vendors to develop and document a project financial overview.· Ensure compliance with legislative regulations and corporate policies and procedures.· Track and report utilization KPIs on a weeklymonthly basis.· Perform such other duties as the Company may require from time to time.Education & ExperienceThe requirements below represent knowledge, skill, andor ability. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.· Education andor Experience: Bachelor's degree or related Business field from a four-year college or university; or at least two (2) years of related experience andor training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.· Drone pilot license.· Wind GWO training is a plus.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities· Computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.· Detail-oriented, self-motivated individual with strong organizational and analytical skills.· Able to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing requirements.· High degree of flexibility and customer service attitude, particularly the ability to collaborate with business contacts and explain accounting concepts.· Layperson's understanding of contract legal terms and conditions.· Organizationtime management and prioritization skills.· Interpersonal, communication, and analytic skills.Additional Information· Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and Company goals.· Contribute to building a positive team spirit.· Communicate effectively with all levels of employees.· Protect confidential information by not communicating, disclosing to, or using it for the benefit of 3rd parties.· Maintain the highest degree of honesty and integrity at all times.Business Travel· This position requires 20% to 50% business travel.
