It's a great time to join the organization!Responsibilities:Manage BC Conventional portfolio and motivate a sales teamCreate and develop lasting relationships with vendors and staffImplement a competitive marketing strategyWork with the owners to identify property goals and objectivesImplement effective cost control, revenue maximization, and delinquency managementWork with Community Managers on yearly operating budgets and salesmarketing plansEffectively maximize rental incomeEnsure all required weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports are completed accurately and in a timely mannerTrain and motivate associates to achieve sales goalsMaintain thorough product knowledge on all properties and that of major competitionEnsure that the established policies and procedures are within the Company's policiesQualifications:Possess advanced bookkeeping knowledge and perform general accounting functionsUnderstanding of current legal responsibilities of the propertiesExceptional organizational skills and extreme attention to detailExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenProfessional appearance and demeanorKnowledge of OneSite strongly encouraged, Ops Technology required
