Then we might just be the perfect fit!We're a small, boutique Pilates studio in Mill Valley, and we're looking for an Office Manager Extraordinaire to keep things running like a dream. This is a part-time (10-15 hoursweek) role with a lot of variety"”so if you love wearing multiple hats (and looking great in all of them), keep reading!What You'll Do:Keep our studio operations seamless using MindbodyOnline like a proUpdate and maintain our WordPress website (a little tech-savvy goes a long way!)Work with MS Word, Excel, Canva, Constant Contact, and Asana (or similar tools)Write and edit engaging content with an eye for SEO & grammar perfectionProvide top-notch customer service (because our community means everything to us!)Be a proactive, creative thinker who sees what needs to be done before we even askCare for the studio plants (bonus points for a green thumb) (IN PERSON AT LEAST ONCE PER WEEK)Respond to all customer communications and assist in scheduling, taking payments, guiding through the sales process, and ensuring client municate with all staff and assist in all Human Resources.Anticipate when Office Supplies need to be restocked and maintain retail products.Assist with studio apparatus maintenance, including deep cleaning and following manufacturer guidelines for each. (We have janitors that clean the studio). (IN PERSON AT LEAST ONCE PER WEEK).Execute our marketing plan and schedule by posting to all social media channels (IG, FB, Youtube, Nextdoor, Google, etc) -In collaboration with a Social Media and Marketing expert.Capture photos and videos during lessons and classes for our social media channels.
