Notravel expense will be plete Description:With the implementation of the new UBOS solution, the PTC isimplementing the SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM)based on SAP S4HANA. The PTC is engaging a System Integrator (SI) toperform the implementation; however, the PTC has limited experience inthe BRIM functionality and technical details. This position is tounderstand the PTC's needs and desires and work with the SI to implementa fully functional and reliable BRIM Application as part of UBOS. Thisposition is responsible for the Functional and business process portionof the BRIM implementation and its posting to SAP S4 HANA Financemodule and validating all the functional aspects of the integrationswith BRIM for UBOS. This position will end approximately at the end ofthe UBOS implementation projectDescription of DutiesThe selected Candidate will perform the following duties:• Study and understand the PTC's current Billing and Revenue structureand functionality which is largely done in a proprietary system.• Study and understand the PTC's desired Billing and Revenuefunctionality for UBOS.• Using knowledge gained to coordinate changes and designs to the UBOSand the PTC's other technologies to assure the PTC's needs are met andincluding following the standards and policies.• Act as PTC's BRIM subject matter expert and represent the PTC inmeetings and workshops and works with the UBOS SI team to ensure PTC'sneeds are met.• Act as a subject matter expert to raise concerns and possible issuesto the PTC leadership with enough details for the PTC leadership todecide on how to proceed.• Develops and maintains plans and other documentation as required usingPTC established standards, procedures, templates, and methodologies.• Develops and maintains a productive working relationship withtechnology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and keyclients.• Follows the tasks and other duties assigned by the PTC.• Leads, and participates in project team meetings and activities forBilling and Revenue work efforts related to enterprise systems• Develops and maintains a productive working relationship withtechnology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and keyclients.• Reviews SI's documentation on behalf of PTC and advises to the PTCUBOS IT Program Manager on acceptance of the documentation.• Performs hands on testing as part of PTC's acceptance of the SI'ssolution and provide their opinion to PTC's UBOS IT Program Manager onwhen a deliverable meets PTC's needs and desires and if doesn't, providedocumentation needed for PTC to rectify any issues with the SI.• Assists with conducting lessons learned sessions during and afterprojects to identify recommendations for improvement.• Follows the tasks and other duties assigned by the UBOS IT ProgramManagerDesired SkillsetThe ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of expertise in SAPBilling and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) implementations ofvarious sizes. Implementation experience for a tolling back office orfor a large-scale call center based back office is highly desired.Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of business softwareincluding Work, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint, plus proficient inMicrosoft Project.• Additional beneficial skills include:• ServiceNow Experience in PPM and ITSM modules• Enterprise Business Solutions, specifically SAP projects• ITIL ITSM practices and methodologies• Provide daily and hourly direction and support to the IT UBOS Team asassigned• Work with the business departments' staff and determine priorities andschedules for the work to be performed• Ability to work independently to accomplish the tasks and dutiesassigned• Utilizes various software andor technology tools to perform jobduties• Performs related duties as assignedMinimum Experience• 5 years of SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) systemfunctional support experience.• 1 successful SAP BRIM implementation experience in an SAP S4 HANAlandscape.Certifications Education in all cases• Bachelor's degree in business management or information systems.Equivalent combination of education andor experience may be accepted.Engagement Requirements· The Candidate shall be located within the Continental United States.There is no opportunity for "Off-shore" resources for this Statement ofWork.
