This incredible growth means you'll join a dynamic team that's taking the legal world by storm.Experienceskills: Lewis Nexis, Westlaw, NYSCEF, PACER, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), preparing pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery, trial prep, how to do table of contents, calendaring, filing documents, strong cite checking skills, conduct legal research and gather pertinent case information; must have significant experience with electronic filings in both Federal and State courts. Skilled in being able to research and analyze law sources such as statutes, recorded judicial decisions, legal articles, treaties, constitutions, and legal codes to prepare legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, etc. Draft legal documents, correspondence, and court filings. Monitor and manage case deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures. E-discovery support work. Managing case-related deadlines, filing documents with various courts, maintaining attorney calendars, and organizing exhibits. Prepare and organize case files, pleadings, discovery documents, and trial exhibits.While not required, bonus points if you have a paralegal certificate.9am-6pm hours generally speaking.Job Type: Full-timePay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearWork Location: In personThe firm also provided a stipend toward health insurance.
