Pricing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pricing and Quotes Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in preparing accurate and competitive Quotes for Builder accounts while ensuring timely delivery. Your expertise in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce will enable you to efficiently manage profitability, make recommendations, and run analysis.Key Responsibilities:• Prepare detailed quotations using templates and pricing structures• Analyze customer requirements and specifications to determine products and pricing• Collaborate with sales teams to gather necessary information for Quote preparation• Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, macros) to perform complex calculations and analyze data• Create and update opportunities, products, price books, and quotes within Salesforce• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all quoted materials• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding quote status updatesQualifications:• Proven experience working with Microsoft Excel at an expert level; proficiency in VBA programming preferred but not mandatory• Strong understanding of Salesforce features, including opportunity management, product catalogs, and quote generation tools• Excellent analytical abilities with attention to detail• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality outputs• Effective communication skills both verbally and in writingSkills & Tools Required:• Advanced Excel Skills: Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, MacrosVBA scripting• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook)• Time management capabilities
