Compensation will be determined based on candidate qualifications & experience. The role includes an excellent benefit package including PTO, medical & dental coverage, 401(k), and more.Primary Responsibilities will include:Meeting Coordination: Facilitate internal meetings, strategic planning sessions, and quarterly reviews. Drive accountability across the organization by tracking key deliverables, follow-ups, and action items. Coordinate CEO & Managing Director's schedules, as well as firm-wide office calendarFieldscreen incoming calls and emailsArrange conference calls & meetings (in person and virtual)Vendor management: Manage vendor relationships, ensuring internal stakeholder needs are met with the firm's SAAS and research platform providers Facilitate troubleshooting and advocate for users within our local and cloud-based systems, as neededProjectEvent Management: Lead and support a variety of cross-functional special projects that require planning, coordination, and organization, such as team event planning, conference logistics and implementing new programs and processes. Your efforts will directly contribute to the effectiveness of the team.Marketing:Assist with execution of company marketing initiatives and collateral, including newsletters, transaction announcements, conference sponsorship, proprietary marketing programs, etc.Works closely with Marketing & Operations Manager to manage website, social accounts, and email marketing distributionsTeam building: Assist in HR and hiring activities, as needed What you'll bring:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 2 years in project management, operations, or executive assistant capacityStrong organizational skillsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management (internally and externally)Highly resourceful team-playerProficient in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, AdobeExcellent time management skills and demonstrated ability to multitaskProactive and able to independently prioritize while meeting deadlines Detail-oriented and diligentBonus skills, but not required:Experience in a professional services firmDatabaseCRM experience
