We're looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Omni Media Junior Associate to join our team and support data analytics, campaign insights, and media tracking efforts.Responsibilities:Data Analytics & ReportingCollect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.Develop and maintain data dashboards and visualizations for internal and external stakeholders.Work cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy and consistency.Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to optimize media Performance & StrategyTrack and report on the effectiveness of advertising campaigns across multiple campaign KPIs and provide recommendations for performance improvements.Evaluate compliance with golden rules across key markets and highlight areas for media investment tracking and analyze the effectiveness of different Insights & Competitive AnalysisStay updated on industry trends and emerging media technologies.Track audience behavior and media performance, providing comparative insights against competitive benchmarks.Monitor asset adoption using Creative X and ensure creative consistency across markets.Ad Hoc Analysis & Content SupportRespond to ad hoc data requests from various teams, utilizing tools such as GWI.Assist in developing creative briefs for content logistical support for paid creator campaigns, including coordination and communication with :Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.Proficiency in data analysis tools and visualization software.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.A collaborative team player with an eagerness to learn and grow.Familiarity with media industry trends and technologies is a plus.Skills: Data Analysis & skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and data manipulation).Familiarity with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and media tracking platforms like Nielsen, Comscore, or MOAT.Understanding of paid social, display, search, and video advertising metrics (CPM, CTR, ROAS, etc.).JOBID: #LI-CELLA#LI-CN1#PLEqual Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
