This is your chance to work for one of the most well-known and highly respected brands in the real estate industry.The Vice President of Brokerage Services would be responsible for:Overseeing all day-to-day activities within regional leadership and the sales offices, including but not limited to, recruiting efforts, accountability, retention of talent (agent and staff), and coaching and growth of new and experienced agents resulting in maximized profit and growth for the regionSupervise, coach and develop team leaders, including conducting performance reviewsManage complaints, issues and concerns from the field by working closely with Support Services, other members of Leadership or CENTURY 21 Corporate to resolveAssist in recruitment and retention of team leaders due to company growth or attritionSupport Merger & Acquisitions throughout the M&A life cycle by ensuring successful integration of C21 Affiliated brokerage operations, policies, tools & systems, etc.Promote and support use of ancillary products within the sales offices such as, mortgage, property management, title, home warranty and insuranceServe as Wisconsin and Northern Illinois offices "representative" on cross-functional teams and for new initiatives from Support Services or CENTURY 21 Leadership. Assist with implementation and rollout at the office level, as needed.Regular travel within assigned region to meet with direct reports is requiredOther duties and special projects as assignedThe ideal Vice President of Brokerage Services candidate would have these Qualifications, Education, and Experience:Encompass our Core Values: Committed, Loyal, Dedicated, Open to Change, Positive, Open to FunEnjoy mentoring others and helping them growA Bachelor's degree in business or a related field OR relevant experience in management, operations, sales, or real estate in lieu of degreeA post undergraduate degree such as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) (highly desired but not required)Have experience as an Executive or Leadership role.
