Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site Receptionist role located in Champaign, IL at Flooring Surfaces Inc. The ideal front desk receptionist is friendly and personable, helping direct clients to the appropriate person in an efficient, professional manner. They will be our first point of contact answering inbound phone calls and generally assist our sales team with office tasks such as: processing payments, ordering client samples, order entry, and other helpful tasks as required. Additionally, they will help the sales team maintain an organized showroom, returning client samples to the appropriate display rack.QualificationsPhone Etiquette and Communication skillsReceptionist Duties and Clerical SkillsStrong Customer Service abilitiesExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and work effectively under pressureExperience in a similar role is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent
