As a senior software engineer, you will help build a world-class enterprise grade web application built on Typescript, Scala, and AWS. As an engineer, you will be responsible for working with our engineering and product teams to deliver reliable and scalable features that customers love. You will have a large impact on the company's strategy by helping define product features, driving the system architecture, and leading out in best practices to create high quality software. You should have a commitment to teamwork and possess strong communication skills. If you are excited about delivering high quality software, and enjoying solving difficult technical challenges, we want to hear from you.  Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve softwareManage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverablesSupport and develop software engineers by providing advice and coaching to the teamImprove our overall testing practices to help elevate our qualityImprove application performanceOther duties as assignedRequirements:BS Degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience5 years Industry experienceExperience building scalable systemsGrowth mindset, embracing continual learningPreferred Qualifications:Test Driven Development experienceHas built large scale SaaS products and applicationsProficiency in JavaScriptExperience with CSSHTMLDOM manipulationExperience with Scala or JavaUnderstanding of MySQL or other relational databasesCan easily thrive working in an energizing environmentBias towards finding solutions vs. shutting down ideasDetail oriented and organizedExcellent written and verbal communication skills
