The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Workday HCM andor Financials modules and a proven track record of successful implementations and integrations.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Workday HCM andor Financials modules.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.Develop and maintain system architecture, ensuring scalability and performance.Manage data migration, integrations, and customizations to streamline processes.Provide second-level support and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Conduct system audits and ensure compliance with Workday best practices.Create and customize reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.Facilitate training sessions and support end-user adoption.Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.Qualifications:5+ years of experience with Workday, preferably in a system administration or support role.Strong understanding of Workday HCM andor Financials modules.Proven experience with system configuration
