Learn more by exploring our videos at provisur!The Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor oversees the assessment of current manufacturing processes, implements new procedures for enhanced efficiency, quality, and safety, while minimizing costs. They also manage the review of manufacturing methods for prototype components, suggesting design changes for improved manufacturability and cost-effectiveness. As a key participant in continuous improvement, they prioritize tasks, direct the team's efforts, and supervise and develop staff as necessary. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location, and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications.$88,200 - $114,670 per year.
