We're seeking an Oracle Business Systems Lead to support and enhance enterprise-wide finance and accounting systems. This role will collaborate with senior finance leaders and cross-functional teams to define system requirements, streamline business processes, and drive ERP improvements. The ideal candidate has experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Workday, or similar), financial processes, and system implementations and can bridge the gap between technical and functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Lead business system analysis, including requirements gathering, troubleshooting, process modeling, and system improvements.Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT teams to align ERP enhancements with business objectives.Assist in ERP implementations, upgrades, and migrations, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for financial systems, focusing on best practices and compliance.Manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between functional and technical stakeholders.Evaluate emerging technologies such as cloud computing, AI, and data analytics to enhance system capabilities.Provide system expertise for tools like Oracle EBS, SAP, Workday, Concur, or MicroStrategy.Required Qualifications:5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, ERP implementations, or financial systems support.Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes, with experience supporting finance teams.Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud, SAP, PeopleSoft, or Workday).Experience with system integrations, process automation, and change management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience leading large-scale ERP implementations or finance system upgrades.Master's degree in MIS, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.Professional certifications such as CPA, PMP, or Oracle ERP certifications.Exposure to AI-driven financial reporting, cloud-based financial systems, and automation tools.This is an excellent opportunity for Project Coordinators, Junior Project Managers, Functional Leads, and Business Analysts with a background in ERP and finance systems who want to grow into leadership roles while working on enterprise-wide financial transformation projects.
